Yeah so for the past few weeks I've basically been slacking, by not going to the gym like I have been for the past year and a half or so, and on top of that.. eating shit I probably shouldn't be eating. For those who don't know.. since august of 2003, I've been going to the gym on a regular basis and have made some good progress I'm quite proud of, no more skinny Rob. Before I started hitting the gym, I usually weighed around 175 or so and was just shy of 6'3".. and actually I was pretty skinny. Since then I've brought my weight up to average anywhere from 210 to 220.. generally staying around 215, so I'm reaching my goals and thats good.
So the reason I feel gross is the fact that for the last few weeks or almost a month.. I haven't really been motivated to go to the gym.. and its because of things that have happened recently, various things that put me in a bad mood and therefore I cannot motivate myself to go to the gym. This pisses me off because I've been working my ass off all this time, and my progress has come to a stand still, and I actually look like I shrank a bit.
However, by the end of the month I will be starting to get back on schedule, and I will start hitting it hard again because working out is what keeps me happy and in a good mood, plus my health has become pretty important to me... now if only I could motivate myself to get a new job, seeing as I despise my current position. Thats something I'll discuss later, until then..

a lot to cover!
Ok, so I'm going to try this again and it will probably be long seeing as its been over a month since I posted. Ok so first off, I will discuss some things that either piss me off or make me want to kick someone's ass. Ok so my car got its ass kicked.. or the passenger side window in particular because some jackass decided they would take the steel lid off a water meter in the ground, put it in a safeway bag and chuck it through the goddamn window. Now obviously when I came out of the bar I was just in, to discover my once beautiful window was now littered in a million pieces throughout my car.. I was upset, seeing as it happened in a lighted parking lot on a main road in beaverton of all places. However, the good news is the moron didn't steal anything that important.. and that list includes: my headset for work which was in a black zippered bag, my gym shoes.. which had my mp3 player, 24hr fitness membership card and lifting gloves, gym shirt, gym shorts.. and actually thats it. At first I didn't know they stole my gym stuff, so I really thought they were an idiot because they have no use for my headset seeing as it has no value or purpose other than at my job. Later on I found out they stole my gym clothes.. maybe they were bums who had no shoes? either way that pisses me off because now I need a new mp3 player, membership card and gloves.. plus shoes and clothes for the gym. Oh and not to mention the fact that now I have to replace the fucking window. Thank god they didn't steal my new stereo I just bought a few weeks ago, or my cd's.. ya know the actual items of value(idiots).
Ok, so onto something else.. a few days ago I was pissed off all day at work, which isn't surprising since my current job blows. Anyway, after a long day of talking on the phone to people who lack even the slightest bit of common sense, I took off and hit the gym.. which made me feel better. Then on the way home I decided to stop at safeway for a couple things.. so as I'm pulling into the parking lot, I'm waiting for this car to back out and when it does there is a car coming from the opposite direction and they are just sitting there.. so I figure hey.. maybe they were there first so I sit there for a minute to see if they pull in the spot, but they don't and continue to sit.. so I pull in the spot. Then they park on the opposite side and when the guy and girl get out, I see the girl in my mirror and she keeps looking at my car.. with a scowl. So I'm like whatever, and I get out of the car and hear her say something about taking a parking spot.. so I figure she is talking about me so they start walking up to the store and I'm walking behind and the girl keeps looking back at me, which begins to piss me off. So we get in the store and she looks back again.. so I raise my voice and ask if she has a problem. So she turns around and the two of them suddenly turn and walk down to the other end of the store. I was actually hoping she would say something at that point so I could tell her to shove it up her fucking ass because she has no right to be mad in the first place and scowling at me only pisses me off more. What, was I suppose to sit there for a few minutes and let her ponder whether or not she wanted to park there or not?? eat shit! Secondly, she didn't have her blinker on to signal she wanted to park there, nor was she advancing to the spot. Anyway, I was already in a bad mood so that didn't help any.. I think the guy she was with may have thought she was overreacting because he kind of laughed. I actually felt sorry for the guy for having to put up with her stupid ass, if they were indeed together.
Ok, so onto more positive things.. oh and by the way I had to work till 9pm on thanksgiving for fuck sake.. what a bunch of assholes for making us work that late. Ok so yeah, I went and saw the grudge a couple weeks ago and I thought it was a pretty good movie, it was pretty creepy in my opinion, however not on the psychological level like the ring. The thing I liked most is that the original japanese director directed the film so it wasn't messed up by some american guy who didn't write the story. It actually is a series, first starting off as a tv series called The Curse, and then there was the feature film in japan called JUON-the grudge in japan last year. Of course I found all of them online and downloaded them, though I haven't had time to watch all of them yet, but I happened to watch one of the tv movies and it was interesting, however it was shot on video instead of film so its not as appealing visually, but still pretty cool. Anyway, I thought the american version was pretty good besides a few minor things.
Also I just saw Team America and I'll have to say it was hilarious, I was really impressed with how they made the movie entirely with puppets.. I mean it was done really well. Plus the overall theme of the movie was funny as hell.. and the soundtrack is awesome, so I downloaded it the other day. Yeah so if you haven't seen the movie, check it out before it leaves the theater because its damn entertaining.

FUCK!
yeah so I just wrote a shitload of stuff in my blog, and when I went to hit publish post it came up with page cannot be displayed, and when I hit back all the stuff I wrote was gone, FUCK! it will have to wait now, I'm not going to sit here for all that time again, at least not yet
